  • Do you have non-smoking rooms?
    Please be assured that smoking is prohibited in the entire building. If you smoke, please use the smoking area in the building.
  • What are the payment methods?
    Cash payment, credit card (VISA / JCB / MasterCard / AMEX / DINER / UnionPay) Electronic money / iD (various transportation IC / Line pay / Rakuten pay / d payment / PayPay / Melpay / au pay / Japan Post Bank / Rakuten Edy / WAON / QuickPay / nanaco) can be used.
  • At which time does breakfast begin?
    Breakfast will be the last entry from 6:30 to 9:30 (close) and 9:00.
  • What are the rental items?
    Trouser press / mobile charger / blanket / desk lamp / extension cord / nail clippers are available. We also have baby products available. (The number is limited)
  • Is there a parking lot?
    There is. Guests staying at the hotel can use the hotel free of charge from check-in to check-out (15:00 to 10:00). In the unlikely event that the car is full, we will guide you to a nearby parking lot free of charge.
  • Can I deliver my luggage to the hotel in advance? Can I also send my luggage from the hotel?
    If you fill in the [Accommodation date] and [Guest name full name] on the luggage, we will keep it. If you send it to the hotel in advance, please send it in advance. Please note that we do not accept payments. Luggage can be shipped from the hotel. (Takkyubin only) Please speak to the front desk when shipping.
  • Do you have laundry facilities?
    I'm sorry. There is no laundry facility in the building. Cleaning is available, so please ask at the front desk.
  • Can you keep my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
    Yes. We will keep it. Luggage after check-out will be checked in only during the day.
  • Is there Wi-Fi in the building?
    Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
  • Do you have a long-term stay plan or a group accommodation plan?

  • Do you have karaoke?
    I'm sorry. There is no karaoke facility.

    You can rent it. If you let us know in advance, we will set it up at the venue and wait.
  • Can you arrange a companion?
    We accept. Prices will change depending on the time, so please consult with the staff in charge at the time of the meeting.
  • Please tell me the business hours
    Lunch time is from 11:00 to 15:00 (last order 14:00), and dinner is from 18:00 to 21:00 (last order 20:30).
  • Can I enter without a reservation?
    You can basically eat without reservation during lunch. When using a private room or using a large number of people, it is better to make a reservation in advance. Dinner is currently a complete reservation system, so please make a reservation at least 4 days in advance .
  • Can I use it in a wheelchair?
    Wheelchair users are also welcome. In addition, the toilet in the restaurant is a multi-functional toilet. It is also an ostomate-friendly toilet.
  • Is there a smoking area in the restaurant?
    There are no smoking seats. The restaurant and hotel are non-smoking .
