Hachimantai
It is a plateau volcano that straddles both Iwate and Akita prefectures, and is a natural oasis blessed with numerous hot springs that have a mysterious natural landscape unique to the volcanic belt.
There are two roads, the Aspite Line and the Jukai Line, and you can enjoy a refreshing drive with a magnificent view of nature from the train window.
The area around this Aspite line and the Jukai line is called Hachimantai.
Oyu Stone Circles
Oyu Stone Circles is a large stone-arranged site in the late Jomon period in Towadaoyu, Kazuno City, Akita Prefecture. It is designated as a national special historic site.
It is also called a ring stone circle or a stone circle.
It is the largest stone circle in Japan currently discovered.
Tamagawa Onsen
Located in Semboku City, Akita Prefecture, Tamagawa Onsen is a secret hot spring visited by hot spring fans from all over Japan, boasting "the largest amount of hot springs in Japan" and "the strongest acidity in Japan".

In 2016, it was registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage as one of the "Mountain, Hook, and Yatai Events".
Historic Site Osarizawa Mine
The historic site Osarizawa Mine, which has been designated as a Heritage of Industrial Modernization,
It is said that the mountain was opened 1300 years ago.
The crust of about 9 million years ago is exposed in the mine shaft, and you can see the remains of the copper vein group mining, which was once one of the largest in Japan, up close.
There are courses for observing sightseeing tunnels and various hands-on menus, which are also recommended for hands-on learning.
Dainichido Bugaku
Dainichido Bugaku is a dance that is dedicated on January 2nd every year at Dainichido (also known as Dainichido Bugaku Shrine).
From the four villages of Osato, Azusawa, Nagamine, and Taniuchi, Noh people gather to dedicate dance in front of the shrine and inside the shrine.
Designated as a national important intangible cultural property in 1976, in 2009
It is also registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Lake Towada
Lake Towada is famous as a scenic spot in the north.

Its depth is Nakako, which is 327 meters, which is the third deepest in Japan.
